One or two Assistant Professorships in
Risk Management and Insurance (100%)
The University of St. Gallen and its School of Management are seeking candidates for one or more assistant professorships in the field of Risk Management and Insurance. Any research field in the area of Insurance Economics, Insurance Management and Risk Management is welcome.
The triple accredited (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS) university offers a stimulating research environment and a large network of partner companies. The position will be affiliated with the Institute of Insurance Economics (I.VW-HSG) which ranges among the top academic institutions in Risk Management and Insurance worldwide.
The new assistant professor will become part of a dynamic team with strong ties in the international Risk Management and Insurance community. Besides fundamental research, the position involves teaching in English. We are looking for candidates with a recognised research track record aiming at the leading journals in the field and excellent teaching skills. The appointment is for six years with an option for promotion to associate professor.
